Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I use these tints with other coatings?
A: Yes, no issues there. Besides working great with RAAIL, they work great with others brans.
Q: How many drop-ins do I need?
A: Typically 2-3 drop-in tints per car. If a smaller vehicle, 2 is safe. If anything bigger, 3+. Also something worth mentioning, if spraying a light color like RAL Sun Yellow you'll need to apply over a white or light grey base and highly suggested to have another tint on hand. Light colors need more for color coverage. Yellow, Orange, Tan, Red, Light Blue, Light Green and White are on the lower side of color coverage. An extra $15 may save the project for the day.
Q: Do I need to mix the gallon when I add the RAL Drop-in Tints?
A: Yes mixing is required. 60-90 seconds.
