RAL Fan Deck for Tinting RAAIL AirWrap, Spherical, Plasti Dip, Halo EFX, ProLine and Autoflex.

The RAL color line allows us access to over 250 colors. RAL as a company has been within the color game so to speak for quiet a while. Since 1927. They started with 40 colors and have started adding more since. We are able to use the color formulas for the K7 RAL fan deck. To purchase one click here. Great to see in person. Especially if you're a shop. Customers love seeing colors in person. What better way than having 250+ in your back pocket.

The RAL color line comes in Drop-in tints, pre-tinted Raail AirWrap and Raail Spherical gallons. Currently offering to sizes. 8oz and 32oz. 1 Drop-in tint per gallon. The 32oz (one quart) option is great for installers who want to keep more of stock of tints. 32oz will tint 5-6 gallons.

Speaking of installers, we have taken if further to support installers. Instead waiting for shipping and paying us to make the RAL color, we have shared the process. Check out our RAL Full Tint Kit. Essentially you'll have all 13 core colors/tints there in person and the excel spreadsheet of all RAL colors. Even some RAAIL colors on this list. Save money and time. Message us for more info.

Looking to make you own colors using our formula? We offer this to installers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I use these tints with other coatings?

A: Yes, no issues there. Besides working great with RAAIL, they work great with others brans.

Q: How many drop-ins do I need?

A: Typically 2-3 drop-in tints per car. If a smaller vehicle, 2 is safe. If anything bigger, 3+. Also something worth mentioning, if spraying a light color like RAL Sun Yellow you'll need to apply over a white or light grey base and highly suggested to have another tint on hand. Light colors need more for color coverage. Yellow, Orange, Tan, Red, Light Blue, Light Green and White are on the lower side of color coverage. An extra $15 may save the project for the day.

Q: Do I need to mix the gallon when I add the RAL Drop-in Tints?

A: Yes mixing is required. 60-90 seconds.
